Please read prior to file upload

Stuff or Zip your file(s) prior to transfer.
File names must be under 31 characters - 90% of problems uploading is due to long file names.
Files name must not contain spaces or special characters such as %^&*$#

Insite (FTP) Instructions

Open your web browser:

PC users - Internet Explorer
Mac users - Safari
Click or paste this link into your url: https://insite2.comprint.rrd.com/PostPlant.
Login

Username: postuser
Password: Printuser07
Choose "RRD Post Plant Uploads"
Choose �Upload Files� (If RRD is supplying files click on the "Donwloads" tab)
Once the upload window is open, fill in the Customer Name or CSR Name in the "Upload Name" area. Do not type in the notes area.

NOTE: If you get an error message, chances are you simply need to update Java. It can be quickly downloaded here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

Drag and drop your files, or click on the "Add" button shown at right, and click "Upload"
When upload is complete, email the file or folder name to your Salesperson or Customer Service Representative.
