File Upload

Please read prior to file upload

• Stuff or Zip your file(s) prior to transfer.
• File names must be under 31 characters - 90% of problems uploading is due to long file names.
• Files name must not contain spaces or special characters such as %^&*$#

Insite (FTP) Instructions

• Open your web browser:
  
  PC users - Internet Explorer
  Mac users - Safari
• Click or paste this link into your url: http://insite2.comprint.rrd.com.
• Login
  
  Username: postcreative
  Password: Printuser09
  
• Choose "RRD Post Creative Uploads"
• Under the Summary tab, choose "Upload File…"
• Once the upload window is open, fill in the Customer Name or CSR Name in the "Upload Name" area. Do not type in the notes area.
  
  
  NOTE: If you get an error message, chances are you simply need to update Java. It can be quickly downloaded here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

• Drag and drop your files, or click on the "Add" button shown at right, and click "Upload"
• When upload is complete, email the file or folder name to your Salesperson or Customer Service Representative.
